Return Policy
When you select a NIMA BEHNOUD / Pacific Rug Gallery Collaboration design, you can have the confidence that you’ve chosen a product of unique design and quality. We want you to be satisfied and pleased with your purchase. If something’s not right, we can help you make an exchange or make a return for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
The rug must be in the original condition, unused, and shipped in the original return bag and packing provided inside each rug. Please retain original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return. Pacific Rug Gallery reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any items that are not in the original condition due to damage or misuse by the client. After the rug is inspected and approved for a refund, we will issue an online store credit usable at nimany.com. No exchange or return will be accepted after 7 days. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Please note all made to order, custom and discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. The full value of a rug swatch will be credit.
How to care for your Nima Behnoud Rugs.
Our rugs are for indoor use only. To preserve the life of the rug we recommend: to avoid direct exposure to sunlight, to rotate your rug every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear, use a rug pad to preserve the life of the rug and remove spills immediately with clean, damp cloth. For harder to remove stains, please send rug out for professional cleaning. To store your rugs, please roll the rug front side out and place into airtight plastic bag and place in dry area.
